Deposit
Mr Bubblez hot tub hire requires a £50 deposit on confirmation of the booking. This will act as deposit to secure the agreed date for hire and is non refundable should the booking be cancelled for whatever reason. The deposit is in addition to the hire fees. Payment must be made by either cash on delivery or cleared cheque before we arrive. No card payments are currently accepted. The deposit is refundable on collection of the hot tub providing there is no damage.
Any damages caused by gross misuse and not covered by the £50 deposit will be billed accordingly. If the customer does not pay for any damage willingly, then we will pursue the claim through a debt collection agency which will incur further charges and expenses. We will also claim for lost hire time. If we arrive to deliver your hot tub at the agreed time and the hirer is not present to accept delivery then we will make a time to reschedule the delivery subject to extra fuel costs. The hirer must be present on the date and time agreed for delivery to sign for the hot tub. Normally we will arrange a time for delivery when the booking is made.

Accidents / Injury
Mr Bubblez hot tub hire company will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or death caused by misuse of our tubs; this includes falling over on wet surfaces or falling in or out of the hot tub etc. We will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or death caused by misuse of our tubs our through alcohol or drugs whilst using our hot tubs. We highly recommend not using a hot tub on your own. We also recommend consulting us before hiring our hot tubs if you have any heart condition or are pregnant. Again we will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss of wages or death in these circumstances.
Please note: All our tubs are tested regularly and come with an RCD if you don’t have one built in to your consumer unit.

Chemicals
Your health is of the utmost importance to us. Whilst hiring our hot tubs and all of our tubs are thoroughly cleaned at our base before each new hire period and we use detergent and bacteria killer. We bring enough chemicals with us for your hire period. We will not be held responsible for any skin irratations caused by the sanitiser. If You have sensitive skin you hire our hot tubs at your own risk.

Damages to your property
Mr Bubblez Hot tub hire will not be held responsible for any damages to your property through hiring any of our tubs; this includes any water damage or weight damage to structures, fixtures, fittings, garden or grass areas as a result of the hot tubs location. It is the customer’s full responsibility to make sure the area where the hot tub is going to be placed is suitable and will not cause any damage. Things like the filled weight of a tub (1600kg) on decking need to be taken into account as will the amount of water that will be displaced on the floor.

By hiring any of our hot tubs you agree to release Mr Bubblez Hot Tub Hire and any of its employees from any and all liabilites incurred during use of the spa. On hiring our hot tubs you agree to accept  our terms and conditions.
