Please contact us with your location and we can tell you straight away
if we can deliver into your area, if for some reason we cant, we
will recommed a reputable company who can.
How many
people can we the hot tub accommodate?
Our Family Hot tubs can take 4 Adults or super deluxe monster Tub Can
Take 6 Adults. Ideal For these Larger occasions.
How much
space will I need ?
You will need a space Approx 2.5 Metre X 2.5 Metre to site the
tub and 3m X 3M for our Super Deluxe Tub.
Where can
I have the hot tub installed ?
For the best experience we recommend an outside location, it must be a
flat area that is free of sharp objects. The hot tub is best installed
on Decking, Paved Area or Grass. Bark, Pebble Areas or chipped are not
suitable. We can install indoors but we strongly recommend a
structurally sound area that is very well ventilated. Remember the area
surrounding the hot tub will get wet when in use and when draining the
hot tub, so please keep this in mind.
How do
you fill the hot tub ?
We will fill the hot tub using your cold water mains although
if you have a combi-boiler it can be filled with hot water
which speeds up the heating process which should enable you
to use straight away.
How much
will it cost to run?
This will depend on the outside air temperature and your choice
of heat setting, but with proper use of the very efficient
thermal cover this can be as little as 50p a day.
How much
does the hot tub weigh?
When full (1500 litres of water), the hot tub can weigh up
to 1600 kilograms. This means its spot must withstand 250kgs
per square metre.
How does
the hot tub maintain its temperature?
In order to maintain a constant temperature the hot tub will
need to be connected to a constant electric supply. The very
efficient heat exchanger will regulate the temperature; this
will be aided by the thermal cover provided.
What about
the electrical safety?
The hot tub is supplied with a residual safety device (RCD),
for your comfort and safety.
How do
we check the water quality ?
For your convenience we issue a full set of instructions
along with a chemical kit, so balancing the water is
a simple process.
Do we need any special plumbing or electrical requirements
?
No. All you need is a standard cold water tap no more than
10 metres away and an electricity supply close by.
What water
temperature will the hot tub get up to?
The tub is designed to get up to a temperature of 40 degrees.
A comfortable temperature is between about 36 to 38 degrees.
